“Our community recently lost a wonderful neighbor and friend, Lori Bie, who will be remembered for her outgoing personality, warm smile, and genuine love of bringing people together. She was a familiar and enthusiastic presence at community events, especially during West Cove Days, where she looked forward to the parade each year and loved being part of the celebration. In her memory, special recognition will be given for the West Cove Days parade floats, with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the best floats entered. The prizes are generously sponsored by Don and Wendy Henderson as a tribute to Lori and the community spirit she shared with everyone.”
